During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by staff. They were accommodating in providing early breakfasts and knowledgeable about the local transportation and nearby skiing facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the city allowed for easy access to nearby amenities with parking on site.
Nothing everything was great.

Located in the heart of this small town, making it easy to explore on foot. the clean and spacious rooms had balconies for enjoying the surrounding views. the breakfast included had a good variety of options and gave a great start to the day.
The restaurant was not open on Saturdays and Sundays, leaving guests without any options for lunch or dinner.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice view. the breakfast was decent and gave me energy to start my city exploration. the location was convenient, just a short walk from many attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. When I asked for recommendations on what to do in the city, they seemed annoyed and uninterested.

Our business trip experience was great. The rooms were spacious and had balconies with great views of the Alps. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Two things that stood out were the cleanliness and quality of fittings in the rooms. The location was also ideal, with easy access to ski areas and walking tracks for some sightseeing.
The in-house restaurant was closed during the weekend, which was inconvenient as we had to venture out to find meals. the breakfast option was limited with not much variety on offer.
